The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 266 An                      
Act repealing the exemptions from state law relating to the sale and           
use of TBT-based marine antifouling paints; and providing for an               
effective date and recommended it be replaced with

relating to the use of a TBT-based marine                                      
antifouling paint or coating on certain vessels; and
